Então resolvi fazer um jantarzinho pra que eu e meu marido não passássemos essa data em branco.... No cardápio? Filé mignon ao molho branco recheado com bacon e queijo, penne recheado com duplo molho e de sobremesa, creme de papaia com licor de cassis.... Olhei na minha geladeira e ok.. tinha tudo para eu fazer um delicioso hamburguer caseiro... Já vi muitas receitas na internet... mas como estou acostumada a fazer bolinho de carne moída, só dei uma incrementada e virou um super hamburguer... o marido amou... tanto que comeu dois... bem caprichados... com queijo. presunto.. tomate.. e por aí vai... kkkkk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#339999;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;/² kg de carne moída &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(eu usei patinho)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;/² tomate sem semente cortadoem cubinhos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 ovo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 colheres de farinha de rosca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 colheres de creme de cebola&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;/² cebola ralada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;temperinhos à gosto &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(usei sal, caldo de galinha, cominho, coentro e pimenta do reino)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;color:#339999;"&gt;Modo de Fazer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Coloque todos os ingrediente em uma vasilha e tempere à gosto... Antes de moldar os hamburgueres &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(sim.. o plural é meio estranho)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;, eu fritei um pedacinho e provei o sal.. pq caso necessitasse mais, seria fácil temperar antes de cortar...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Em seguida peguei uma dessas tábuas de carne, a minha é de vidro.. espalhei a carne em uma espessura boa pro hamburguer e cortei.. Não.. não tenho molde para hamburguer... usei a velha e boa taça... rsss...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Pronto... o hamburguer está no ponto... Podendo ser grelhado apenas com uma manteiguinha na chapa.. ou no óleo &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(para os mais gordurosos rss)&lt;/span&gt; ou da forma que vc achar melhor...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;O bom é... vc pode congelar o restante.. não precisa comer tudo de uma vez né?? Faby e Katita..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Bom.. elas adicionaram algumas coisinhas na receita original.. como molhar o bolo com licor de cacau ou amarula.. e adicionar baunilha no creminho que vai ao fogo... Reserve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;No microondas &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(mas pode ser em banho maria também)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; derreta o chocolate e em seguida misture o creme de leite.. Ahh separe um tabletinho para a decoração.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Lave as uvas, corte-as ao meio e retire os caroços.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Com o refratário já forrado com o bolo, coloque o creme e em seguida as uvas. tudo o que eu menos queria era ir pra cozinha... Sei que isso não é algo a ser dito por alguém que ama culinária e que vê nela uma terapia, mas, o cansaço falou mais alto...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;No sábado à noite abri a geladeira para ver o que tinha. Queria algo rápido e prático.. Bom, a única carne vermelha era a carne de sol... Poxa!!! queria comer um strogonoff... será que ficaria bom? Nem me permiti responder, e logo fui cortando e jogando a carne na panela. Minutos depois eu teria um strogonoff de carne de sol.. rsss... que ficou até bem, acompanhado de arroz, mesmo não sendo um filé mignon e não tendo a maciez dele...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;No domingo meu marido queria comer alguma coisa pela tarde... o tal biscoito "beliscão", como é chamado aqui na Bahia aquele biscoitinho tipo trouxinha com goiabada, tinha acabado... e agora? o que comer? Eu depois de muito penar fazendo bolos de todas as formas e engordando horrores, decidi parar... Fora que eu tive a minha fase de bolo solado que parecia não ter fim... Bom, depois que conheci a nova linha de misturas da Fleischmann aboli qualquer outra receita trabalhosa... e comecei a comprar todos os sabores possíveis... o Petit Gateau, o Chocomousse, o Bolo de Macaxeira... xiii.. são tantas as opções que eu ficaria aqui o dia inteiro... e não pensem que é uma mistura qualquer não, pq eu sinceramente nunca fui fã de misturas para bolo.. sempre achei tudo muito ruim e artificial.. mas a Fleischmann veio com tudo pra quebrar qualquer aversão.. rs.. e lá fui fazer o Chocomousse... e fala sério.. que negócio delícioso... Depois de 30 minutinhos é possível saborear um bolo delicioso que já sai do forno com um creme por cima que de verdade, parece sim um mousse de chocolate... ;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Ahh, e outra, nós brasileiros estamos muito acostumados a sermos mal tratados pela maiorias das empresas das quais consumimos a maioria dos produtos, sejá quando temos um dúvida, ou para reclamar de algum produto defeituoso, não é verdade? Mas a Fleischmann está de parabéns, pois ao não encontrar mais seus produtos em uma padaria perto da minha casa, entrei em contato com eles comentando o descaso da tal padaria, rs, e para a minha surpresa, dois vendedores, um deles gerente nacional de v&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;endas, ligaram para a minha casa me explicando o que havia acontecido, que eles já tinham entrado em contato com a &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;padaria, e me deu uma lista de todos os postos de venda que haviam perto da minha casa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;(pediram o meu endereço no e-mail)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;.. fora que, ao voltar na padaria, os produtos estavam de volta e em grande quantidade :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Bom.. nem vou postar receita de nada aqui, pq seria vergonhoso né?? A própria embalagem da mistura já vem explicando tudo... cebola ralada, as 2 colheres de manteiga e ¹/&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt; tablete de caldo de galinha e coloque o frango para cozinhar até soltar um caldo &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;(de 8 à 10 min) &lt;/span&gt;e reserve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;No liquidificador, prepare o creme, com 1 copo de requeijão cremoso, o creme de leite, o creme de cebola e uma lata de milho verde com a água.&lt;/span&gt; Bata até ficar um creme liso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Em uma travessa, coloque o frango que estava cozido sem o caldo, e acrescente o creme batido e a lata reservada de milho verde sem água.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Leve ao forno baixo por 30 ou 45 min &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;depende do fo&lt;/span&gt;rno)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Quando estiver dourado, coloque batata palha em cima e deixe mais uns 5 minutos no forno.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sirva com arroz branco e batata palha ou chips.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 153, 153); Quem já tem a prática de fazer o molho branco, consegue em poucos minutos se deliciar com esse prato que está entre os meus favoritos..&lt;br /&gt;Sempre que tenho a oportunidade, indico e ensino para as amigas... e digo que até hoje todas e todos (maridos/namorados) elogiaram... Então vamos lá?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 153, 153); font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pacote de talharim &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(uso o talharim em ninho Petybom, mas pode ser  penne também)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 colheres de sopa &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(cheia)&lt;/span&gt; de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cebola grande ralada&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 ml de creme de leite &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(uso 2 caixinha e ¹/&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt; da Nestlé)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150ml de leite&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 e ¹&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;  caldo de galinha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;250g de bacon &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(uso o bacon fatiado defumado da Perdigão)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Queijo mussarela ou prato à gosto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 153, 153); font-weight: bold;font-family:verdana;" &gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;ol style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Em um apanela grande, coloque água e um pouco de óleo e espere ficar bem quente, borbulhando, jogue o macarrão e cozinhe por cerca de 10 à 15 minutos. Não coloque sal na água, como muitas pessoas costumam fazer, isso dificulta o cozimento da massa e também não tem necessidade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Enquanto o macarrão cozinha, rale uma cebola grande, e leve à panela com as 3 colheres cheias de manteiga, e espere a cebola dourar (não queimar rs).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Após a cebola estar no ponto, na própria panela, acrescente 2 colheres cheias de farinha de trigo (com ou sem fermento, tanto faz) e o leite. Mexa bem e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;No liquidificador, coloque todo o creme de leite, e o caldo de galinha derretido com um pouco de água, e sem seguida, coloque o creme de cebola que estava reservado na panela. Bata até ficar um creme homogêneo e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Corte as tiras de bacon em quadradinhos e leve ao fogo em uma panela sem óleo (o própio bacon já solta bastante).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Quando o bacon já estiver frito (não torrado rs) jogue o creme e mexa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Em um refratário, coloque o macarrão, as fatias de queijo e o molho. Leve ao forno ou ao microondas até que o queijo derreta. Pronto! Deixe a massa descansar por 30 min.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Em uma superfície limpa, coloque um pouco de farinha e em seguida estique a massa com um rolo. A altura dela após ter sido esticada és questão de gosto pessoal, eu prefiro bem fininha.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Corte a massa com um cortados de pastel, ou como eu fiz, rs, usando a boca de um copo ou taça.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Coloque o recheio. Cuidado para não exagerar, pois você ainda vai unir as pontas.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Feche a massa formando uma lua. Você pode fechar as pontas com os dedos, ou com a ajuda de um garfo, depende da forma como vc quiser apresentar.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pincele gema na massa e coloque em uma forma com um pouco de farinha.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Com o forno já pré-aquecido, coloque os pastéis e deixe assar por +ou- 30 min. Dependendo do seu forno e da temperatura.
